Week of November 12th

  • Weekly Announcements: 
    • Students who are getting their driver’s license permit during the Thanksgiving Holidays need to come to the high school office and get a Proof of Attendance Form by Friday, November 16th!!!
  • Monday:  
    • Basketball games at home versus North Sunflower at 4:00 – no 7th grade games.
    • Veteran’s Program at 9:15 in the gym – Bayou Blues will be performing.
    • Soccer practice at the Cleveland Park Commission gym:  Junior Varsity – 2:30 to 3:30.  Varsity –  3:00 – 4:45.
  • Tuesday: 
    • Basketball games at Greenville Christian beginning at 3:20 – 7th grade boys only.    Regular games begin at 4:00.
    • Soccer game at home versus Riverside at 3:00 – Varsity only.
    • Harvest Festival raffle tickets are due by 1:00 today!!!!
  • Wednesday:
    • Soccer game at home on the football field versus Riverside at 5:00.  Varsity only.
    • Last day to submit Senior Yearbook ads!

    • CONGRATULATIONS to our Elementary Chess team!!!  Lower Elementary placed 1st overall and upper elementary placed 2nd overall!!!  Also, Thomas Ferretti placed 2nd overall in the individuals!
    • Operation Christmas Child is under way!! Boxes and their postage ($9 each) will be collected and mailed Friday, November 9th!
    • Footage of all 2018 football games for Pee-Wee, Junior Varsity, and High School football (playoff games included), are now available for purchase. Footage of the games will be provided to you on a flash drive (one team footage per flash drive).  Cost is $20.00 for one flash drive.  Additional flash drives are available for $5.00 each. Checks should be made out to Bayou Academy. Please send your order details and payment in an envelope marked with your child’s name to one of the school offices.  All proceeds will go towards the purchase of a new video camera for the athletic department.  DEADLINE:  FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 9TH!
