C.O.L.T.S. Mission Statement

The Center of Learning and Therapy Services (C.O.L.T.S.) is dedicated to providing comprehensive dyslexia therapy for students, delivered by licensed dyslexia therapists. We aim to equip teachers and families with guiding resources to support students' learning journeys.

About C.O.L.T.S.

Officially launched in 2019 at Bayou Academy, C.O.L.T.S. builds on years of experience in providing therapeutic services. Our licensed dyslexia therapists collectively bring over 10,000 hours of therapy experience to the program. We utilize a multi-sensory, systematic, and explicit approach to therapy based on the Orton-Gillingham method.

In addition to direct therapy, we offer remediation and resource services for struggling learners from Kindergarten through 12th grade. Our goal is to empower students with the skills and confidence they need to overcome their challenges and thrive academically.
