Secondary Student Announcements:

  1. 7-12th grade:  *wear your tacky Christmas sweater/shirt this Friday, 12/10 for $5.  All proceeds will go to the Decorating Committee to help raise funds for future projects

  2. We will have Chapel Wed at 10:00
  3. The Balfour representative will be back on today during break to assist any student with their Senior Invitation orders. An $80.00 deposit is required to place an order. Make Checks payable to “Scholastic Products & Awards”
  4. The Colt newspaper has a box for students in the office with DIFFERENT questions for this week 😊. Please come by the office and fill in your answers. Thanks to all that have been coming by and taking time to answer the questions, soon to be published in the Colt Newspaper.
  5. Detention will be served on Thursday mornings at 7:30.
  6. STUDENTS…Our School Newspaper would like you to submit stories, poems, comics, photography or art in general for a chance to be featured in each issue. All submissions should be sent to [email protected]
  7. Students..there are sign up sheets in the office for Future Medical Professionals Club, Bayou SADD (Students against Destructive Decisions), and Writing Club..Mr Reed will inform the students about each one. Also there is Book Club sign up in the Library.
  8. There is a box in the office to collect donations for the Animal Shelter. Items needed are dry dog food (Pedigree preferred), dry cat food (Kitten Chow and Kitten naturals preferred), canned dog and cat food, toys, towels, blankets, paper towels and dish soap. Last date to donate is this Friday Dec 10.
  9. Open House for Prospective Students will be tonight from 5:00-7:00.
  10. Our Varsity Basketball Teams will play Delta Streets Academy here at home tonight at 5:30. Tomorrow our Jr High and Varsity will travel to Senatobia to play Magnolia Heights. 7th grade game will start at 3:00. Our Jr High and Varsity will play Washington here at home Friday.
  11. Our Bayou Academy Band will have a Christmas Concert Thursday.
  12. Our Boys Soccer team will travel to Greenwood Thursday to play Pillow at 6:00.
